How much does a website cost?
Our packages start at Rs. 4,999 for a basic 5-page WordPress website and go up to Rs. 17,999 for a full eCommerce store with WooCommerce, payment gateway, and Google Merchant setup. Custom projects are quoted based on your specific requirements.
- Starter — Rs. 4,999 (5-page site, Google Business, basic SEO)
- Growth — Rs. 9,999 (10 pages, full SEO, blog posts, Analytics)
- eCommerce — Rs. 17,999 (WooCommerce store, Razorpay, Merchant Center)
How long does it take to build a website?
Delivery timelines depend on the package:
- Starter package — 5 working days
- Growth package — 10 working days
- eCommerce package — 15 working days
Timelines start from the date we receive all required content from you — logo, images, business information, and any specific requirements. Delays in providing content will extend the timeline accordingly.
Do I need to provide the content or will you write it?
We write all the content for you. Copywriting is included in every package. You just need to tell us about your business — what you do, who your customers are, and what makes you different. We handle the rest, including SEO-optimised page content and blog posts.
You are welcome to provide your own content if you prefer — we will format and optimise it for SEO.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. Every website we build is optimised to rank on Google from day one. We set up:
- Google Search Console — so Google can find and index your site
- Google Business Profile — so you show up in local searches and Maps
- On-page SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and image optimisation
- Schema markup — helps Google understand your business type and location
Results on Google take time — typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on competition in your area. We set up the foundation correctly so rankings improve over time.
Who owns the website after it is built?
You own 100% of your website. Once full payment is received, we hand over all login credentials, files, and access. Your domain, hosting account, and all website content belong entirely to you. Diginodal does not retain any ownership or access after handover.
What is hosting and domain? Is it included?
A domain is your website address (e.g. yourbusiness.com) and hosting is the server where your website lives. These are separate third-party costs paid directly to providers like Hostinger, GoDaddy, or Namecheap.
Typical annual costs:
- Domain — Rs. 700 to Rs. 1,200 per year
- Hosting — Rs. 2,500 to Rs. 5,000 per year depending on the plan
We help you set up and configure both, but these costs are not included in our package price.
What happens after the website is launched?
Every package includes a free support period after launch (1 to 6 months depending on the package). After that, you can continue with one of our monthly maintenance plans starting at Rs. 999/month, which covers security updates, plugin updates, minor edits, and ongoing Google monitoring.
Without a maintenance plan, your website will still work — but WordPress and plugins need regular updates to stay secure and fast.
Can you fix or improve my existing website?
Yes. We offer website audits, speed optimisation, SEO improvements, redesigns, and feature additions for existing WordPress websites. Contact us with details about your current site and what you want to improve, and we will provide a custom quote.
Do you run Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Google Ads setup and management is included in our Premium package. For other packages, we set up your Google Search Console and Analytics so you have the foundation ready for ads when you are ready.
Note: Ad spend (the money paid to Google or Meta to run your ads) is a separate cost paid directly by you — it is not included in our fees.

What exactly does Diginodal do for gaming zones?
We install a central server at your gaming zone. Every PC in your zone boots its operating system and games from this server over your local network — no OS or game files stored on the individual PCs themselves.
This means:
- Game updates happen automatically overnight — zero manual work
- Any virus or change a customer makes disappears on reboot
- All PCs look identical — same games, same settings every time
- You manage everything from a single dashboard
- We monitor your setup remotely and fix issues before you notice them
How much does the setup cost?
Pricing is based on the number of PCs in your gaming zone:
- Starter (up to 6 PCs) — Rs. 15,000 setup + Rs. 2,000/month
- Growth (7–15 PCs) — Rs. 20,000 setup + Rs. 2,800/month
- Enterprise (16–30 PCs) — Rs. 25,000 setup + Rs. 3,500/month

Do I need to buy new PCs or can I use my existing ones?
You can use your existing PCs as long as they meet the minimum requirements:
- Network adapter with PXE boot support (most modern motherboards have this)
- Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB recommended for a smooth experience)
- BIOS/UEFI accessible to enable network boot
- TPM 2.0 for anti-cheat compatibility with games like Valorant
We assess your existing hardware during the free site visit and advise accordingly.
What games are supported?
We support all major titles played in Indian gaming zones:
- Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends
- GTA V, FIFA / EA FC, Fortnite
- Dota 2, Rocket League, Minecraft
- Any game available on Steam through the PC Cafe program
We confirm compatibility for each game title during deployment. Anti-cheat compatibility is tested and verified before handover.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Your gaming zone keeps running normally. The central server operates on your local network — it does not need internet to serve games to PCs. Customers can continue playing, timers keep running, and billing data is stored locally.
Once internet is restored, all session data syncs automatically to the cloud dashboard. A short internet outage will not interrupt gameplay or cause any revenue loss.
What happens if the server goes down?
If the central server goes offline, the PCs in your zone cannot boot until it is restored — since they rely on the server for their operating system. This is why server stability is our top priority.
We protect against this with:
- Automated nightly ZFS snapshots — full system backup every night
- Hardware health monitoring with alerts if the server shows warning signs
- Remote recovery support — we can restore the server remotely in most cases
- For high-tier setups, we recommend a secondary failover node as an add-on
How are game updates handled?
Completely automatically. When a game releases an update, our system downloads it to the central server at 3 AM while your zone is closed. The next morning, every PC in your zone boots with the updated version — without any manual work from you or your staff.
This eliminates one of the biggest time wasters in traditional gaming zone management.
What if a customer installs malware or changes settings?
It disappears automatically when the PC reboots. Every PC runs on a clean copy of the master image from the server. Any changes a customer makes — downloads, settings, viruses, browser history — are stored in a temporary write cache that is deleted on reboot. The next customer always gets a completely clean machine.
Do you supply the hardware (PCs, server, monitors)?
Diginodal provides software, configuration, and installation services. Hardware is purchased directly by you. However, we provide full hardware guidance — recommended specifications for PCs, the central server, networking equipment, and peripherals — and can assist with sourcing through our local supplier network at competitive prices.
Who handles game licensing?
We handle the setup and registration process for the Steam PC Cafe program, which legally licenses hundreds of games for commercial use in gaming zones. This is included in the setup fee.
The Steam Cafe license is registered under your account. You remain the owner and license holder. Diginodal assists with the technical configuration and ensures everything is compliant.
What if I want to stop using Diginodal?
You can cancel with 30 days notice. When you leave:
- We provide your full billing and session transaction data in CSV format
- We remove Diginodal software from your systems within 14 days
- Your PCs continue to work as standard computers — you will need to reinstall Windows and games manually
- There is no penalty or exit fee
We believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in.
Do you visit the gaming zone in person for setup?
Yes. Setup requires an on-site visit to install the server, configure your network, set BIOS settings on all client PCs, and ensure everything is running correctly. We also provide a 30-minute training session for you and your staff on using the dashboard and billing system.
