(Please note: Our support is limited to the delivery of product. We cannot provide guarantees or support related to the product’s content or functionality. Our responsibility is solely to supply the product, game key or account login credentials.)
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 2 days of the purchase date.(Please refer to 3.2 Section)
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
2.2 Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Activated game keys or accounts
- Some health and personal care items
- Coupon Codes
3. Refunds
3.1 Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. If that option is unavailable, the refund will be credited to your account wallet.
- You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Service fee will be 50 INR OR 0.60 USD
- GST/Tax Will Not Be Refunded
3.2 Not Eligible Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts, provided these issues are not due to our error.
- Items returned more than two days after delivery may not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are only possible if the issue originates from our end.
- Requests for refunds or returns due to personal reasons will not be considered.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from hardware incompatibility if your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game.
- Please note that there is no right to cancel your purchase once it has been made.
- Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
- We are not liable for device lag or other issues unrelated to our products or services.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@diginodal.com
5. Shipping
5.1 Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.2 Shipping Time:
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
