Diginodal provides digital gaming products, including game keys, digital access, and account-based products.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once delivery has been completed.
This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
• The product has not been delivered
• The product delivered is invalid or inaccessible due to an issue originating from our side
• A duplicate transaction occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
All requests are subject to verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases
• Hardware incompatibility
• Failure to meet minimum system requirements
• Account bans caused by misuse
• Claims made after successful digital delivery and confirmed activation
Once a digital key, account, or access credential has been delivered and verified as valid, it cannot be returned or canceled.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing may take 1–7 business days depending on the payment provider
• Any non-refundable payment gateway fees or applicable taxes may be deducted where permitted by law
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your request.
5. Exchanges
Since our products are digital, physical exchanges do not apply.
If a delivered product is proven defective or invalid due to our error, we may provide:
• A replacement product
• Corrected access credentials
• Or a refund, at our discretion
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to:
• Suspend the associated account
• Restrict future purchases
We encourage customers to contact support before escalating payment disputes.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
