  1. Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to the Diginodal Vendor Program (“Sell on Diginodal”). By registering as a vendor or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines or policies posted on this website. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  2. Operator Information
    This website is operated by Diginodal, having its registered office at:

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Vendor Platform.

  1. Eligibility to Sell
    Only legally registered Indian businesses or individuals above the age of 18 who can enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may register as vendors.
    You must complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, GST) and accept these Terms during registration.
    We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate your account at our sole discretion.
  2. Privacy
    Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, share, and secure your data. By registering as a vendor, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this policy.
  3. Electronic Communication
    By using the Vendor Platform or communicating with us via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. You consent that all notices, agreements, and disclosures sent electronically satisfy any legal requirement of written communication.
  4. Commission and Payment
    Commission Structure: A 7% commission per successful order plus ₹10 per order platform fee.
    Payment Timeline: Payouts are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
    Security Hold: We retain a platform security of ₹2000 (cumulative) across multiple orders.
    No Monthly Fee: There are no hidden charges or monthly fees.
  5. Product Listings and Restrictions
    Products must be genuine, legal, and compliant with Indian laws.
    Prohibited items include : counterfeit goods, weapons, adult content, illegal software keys, etc.
    Diginodal reserves the right to approve, remove, or edit any product listing without notice.
    You agree that product titles, images, and descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
  6. Shipping and Fulfillment
    Order Dispatch Deadline: Vendors must dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation.
    Shipping Mode: Shipping is managed by Diginodal or designated courier partners.
    Penalties: Late dispatch or fulfillment failures will incur a ₹350 penalty per instance.
  7. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
    Return Window: Customers may return eligible products within 4–6 days of delivery.
    Vendors must accept returns as per platform policy unless fraudulent or damaged on return.
    Diginodal reserves the right to refund the buyer and adjust the vendor payout accordingly.
    Final decisions in disputes lie with the Diginodal grievance and resolution team.
  8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
    All content (product listings, images, logos) uploaded must be owned by the vendor or properly licensed.
    You grant Diginodal a royalty-free license to use your content on its platform and marketing materials.
    Any trademarked or copyrighted material must not infringe third-party rights.
  9. Platform Access and Use
    Diginodal grants vendors a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the website in accordance with these Terms. Misuse of the platform (e.g., scraping, unauthorized data collection, impersonation) will result in termination of access.
  10. Prohibited Activities
    You may not use the Vendor Platform:

For illegal, offensive, or fraudulent activity
To list or sell unauthorized or pirated goods
To upload or share obscene, harmful, or defamatory content
To impersonate other individuals or companies
In any way that violates Indian law

  1. Account Termination & Suspension
    Diginodal may terminate or suspend your account at any time if:

You breach these Terms or any applicable laws
You repeatedly receive negative reviews, fail deliveries, or engage in fraud
You upload counterfeit or banned items
To close your account voluntarily:

Remove all product listings
Submit an account deletion request via WhatsApp or email
Account will be deleted within 30 days of verification

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    The Vendor Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
    Diginodal does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  2. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diginodal, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any infringement of third-party rights.
  3. Events Beyond Our Control
    We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or internet outages.
  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon , Maharashtra.
  5. Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
